We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator for a 12 month fixed term period to support the Marketing Manager with the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies in a highly technical environment. Working closely with product management and the broader organization, the Marketing Coordinator will assist in creating a broad range of promotional content including brochures, flyers, editorials, press releases, videos, social media updates, and web site updates. Responsibilities include organization of trade shows, tracking of budgets, writing reports, and other administrative functions.
Responsibilities of the position include;
Taking input from technical product managers to create promotional material including brochures, flyers, editorials, case studies, press releases etc. Ensuring the company web site remains current. Organizing translation of promotional material to relevant languages.
Coordination and tracking of marketing campaigns. Tracking of marketing launch plans. Organization of domestic and international trade shows. Identifying and sourcing of marketing merchandise. Updating of company presentations and videos.
Web site statistics and performance. CRM (Customer Relations Management) reporting. Assist with the analysis and summarize reports on market research activities. Development of monthly report submissions to the AM Marketing Manager. Effective communication of departmental and organizational goals to key departments and stakeholders.
Responsible for ensuring marketing activities are tracking to agreed budgets. Supporting the Marketing Manager with financial year budgets.
Maintain marketing launch plan templates. Co-ordinate all marketing launch plans within set timeframes. Ensure all projects have comprehensive marketing launch plans. Pro-actively forward plan project requirements. Work with Sales to establish sales strategies and marketing campaigns which are aligned with marketing initiatives and are fed back into the marketing plan. Develop sales-focused AM solution benefits Develop and maintain all sales-targeted documents. Produce documentation which clearly identifies and articulates the benefits of using AM solutions.
CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
Responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the CRM. Ensure ongoing development & configuration of the CRM process. Effective development and utilization of AM’s CRM – configuration, usability, and data extraction. I.e. marketing focus. Identification of CRM improvements. Providing all administrative duties, attending and minuting all meetings. Providing monthly reports and general reporting where required or requested.
Plan and run marketing campaigns and targeted promotional activities. Develop lead generation initiatives. Establish and execute targeted marketing strategies and campaigns. Proposals and rollout of campaigns and all relevant materials. Maintaining the Social Media platforms.
Ownership of the AM company presentation. Delivery of professional AM product, marketing, and company corporate videos. Ownership of the AM Style Guide, including conformance and maintenance. Responsible for product catalogue designs, displays and product artwork.
Development and continual maintenance of AM’s internet presence including the main website – ensuring translations of English, Chinese and German are accurate and continually maintained. Ensure the AM Website is up to date with all current data Maintain the AM intranet site with latest version of material. Maintenance, development, and expansion of AM Promotional and Product Marketing collateral (videos, brochures, flyers) etc. Translation of said Marketing collateral documents into relevant languages. Source, negotiate and manage promotional giveaways – i.e. UBS’s, Pens, Cufflinks etc. Create internal and external newsletters.
Trade Show / Exhibition Co-Ordination:
Responsible for coordinating all activities related to trade shows, exhibitions and displays. Ensuring timelines are met accurately & communicated to relevant stakeholders. Coordinating display design, build and logistical co-ordination. Ensuring marketing product preparation and logistical co-ordination. Adherence of Budget. Responsibility of reports and forecasts. Produce and distribution of post show reports. The successful candidate will ideally hold the below skills, qualifications, and attributes;
Relevant tertiary qualification(s) or an equivalent of 3-5 years in related marketing, engineering or and sales roles. Wide knowledge of the relevant market landscape. Demonstrates a flexible and ‘can do’ attitude. Able to work on agreed initiatives with minimal support. Demonstrates and maintains a high attention to detail. Able to meet deadlines and organise work priorities. Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated analytical skills. Understanding and experience in Marketing and Sales is an advantage. Demonstrated PC Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and databases). Exposure to CRM systems.
